Founded in 2024 as a German father-son venture, BiB Corporation was established by Marlon Kerim Weinstabl and Lorenz Severin Moritz Weinstabl, who combined decades of industry insight, maritime expertise, and strategic foresight to create a company built on integrity, innovation, and trust.

Jan Marek Blaszczuk is the Chief Operating Officer of Kolmex Inwest, a company deeply rooted in Poland’s industrial heritage. With over 1,000 employees across Europe and Africa, Kolmex has been a cornerstone of global industry since 1964, specializing in the international trade of rolling stock and railway systems. Under Jan’s leadership, the company has expanded into real estate development, international logistics, mining, and chemical trading, operating in 15 countries—including Poland, Spain, Russia, Chile, and Colombia.
Jan co-founded BiB Corporation in 2024, channeling Kolmex’s legacy of innovation and adaptability into the energy sector. His strategic oversight ensures BiB’s operations align with global market demands, leveraging Kolmex’s robust supply networks and financial equity to deliver scalable solutions. Łukasz has a proven track record of leading large teams and executing strategic investments, driving innovation and operational efficiency across complex and challenging environments. Onur Demir is a skilled freight trader with a strong interdisciplinary background in human resources and maritime brokerage. At BiB Corporation, he is responsible for fixing vessels to support the company’s shipping needs, coordinating in-house logistics and integrating freight solutions into BiB’s broader trading operations. His role ensures that the right vessels are sourced efficiently to meet the logistical demands of each transaction, enhancing both operational flow and commercial outcomes.
He has held leadership roles across finance and human capital development before transitioning into maritime logistics. Onur currently operates as a Tanker Broker at Atlantis Tankers Group, where he manages the chartering and fixture of IMO II chemical tankers on both the spot and time charter markets.
With his combination of operational insight and commercial experience, Onur plays a vital role in bridging BiB’s trading and shipping operations.

Can brings valuable operational experience from his ongoing role as a Junior Tanker Operator at Atlantis Tankers Group, where he manages the scheduling and logistics of chemical tankers. He has previously held operational support roles at Armona Denizcilik and Istanbul Rams, further solidifying his knowledge of vessel coordination and maritime compliance.

Mustafa Kaan Karadağ
Mustafa Kaan Karadağ holds a degree in Economics from Koç University and has developed strong expertise in financial coordination and reporting. At Atlantis Tankers Group, he has managed IFRS reporting for multiple group companies, prepared weekly cash flow statements, tracked invoices, performed bank reconciliations, and supported the administration of international entities in Malta, the Marshall Islands, and Cape Verde. His work has provided him with in-depth exposure to global finance, corporate governance, and client coordination, sharpening both his analytical and communication skills. He also gained experience at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where he deepened his knowledge of insurance markets and strengthened his ability to deliver solutions in international business contexts.

With over 400 employees worldwide, Atlantis Tankers Group is Europe’s largest and the world’s second-largest owner of 6,000 DWT coated IMO II chemical tankers, backed by three generations of maritime expertise spanning 50 years. Renowned for its commitment to reliability and quality, the group’s operations are a testament to Marlon’s strategic focus on scalable partnerships and market-driven solutions.

Over the course of her career, she has led human resources operations, procurement, contract management, and workplace compliance across multinational environments. At Armona Denizcilik, she has overseen recruitment, training, work permits, legal and financial coordination, fleet and facility management, and regulatory processes, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to international standards. Fluent in Turkish, English, and Chinese, and with professional proficiency in German, Beste combines strong cross-cultural communication with expertise in corporate processes and regulatory affairs.
As Secretary at BiB Corporation, Beste will play a key role in managing governance processes, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, and supporting the execution of Board decisions. Her responsibilities will include oversight of company records, coordination of shareholder and General Assembly matters, and facilitation of effective communication between directors and stakeholders. Anastasia Xanthopoulou is a seasoned energy executive with over 33 years of experience in the global oil and gas industry. As Senior Advisor at BiB Corporation, she leads the strategic sourcing of non-NOC (National Oil Company) crude oil supply, leveraging her extensive network and deep knowledge of upstream, midstream, and trading operations.
Her career includes executive leadership roles in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), as well as offshore operations and management (O&M) across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. She formerly served as CFO of Kværner Hellas S.A., and later became a joint venture partner with Aker Solutions for the Al-Zafaraana FPSO project, contributing to major offshore developments and energy logistics.
Fluent in English, Turkish, and Greek, Anastasia brings to BiB a wealth of industry expertise, operational insight, and a results-driven approach to international crude sourcing and commercial energy strategy.
